Everything in our room was nice and clean and well presented, The bed was very comfortable, We have stayed in a few Hotels but the breakfast never had the variety that was at The Holiday Inn, The staff were very helpful and very smart. We will certainly recommend you to our friends and will stay with you again next time we visit family. Thankyou for a very pleasant stay.The Roxburghs.

The facilities and services at the hotel. The hotel is very child friendly while also facilitating the needs and requirements of adults too.
I had to take a taxi, all the time, because there wasn't bus, where i had to go.

Very poor service at reception and attempted overcharging for food and drink.
Currently complained to hotel & sent a follow up e mail to which we have had no response even an acknowledgement .
Would not recommend this place to anyone

Breakfasts, but why should I have to pay £3-00 more for breakfast on Monday as I did on Saturday and Sunday? Same breakfast, all part of the holiday package.
In the room no. 334, to let the water out of the wash basin, you had to physically lift the plug as the lever to lift it didn't lift it high enough.

The most impressive part of staying in the Holiday Inn is dealing with the staff, they are extremely courtous, helpful and willing to go that extra bit to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is my holiday inn of choice every time I visit Maidenhead

Unfortunately forgot swimwear and did not like what was on sale, but would have loved the pool, I'm sure. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very efficient.
Although the room was a standard we found the room a little small, and the appearance of the hotel from the outside was not very attractive. Also the fact there was no-where to walk to, was a disadvantage for us as a taxi into Windsor was rather expensive so we had to drive to get anywhere, so althought the hotel was very nice we would not stay there again, purely because of its location.
