Very welcoming, efficient and helpful staff at the desk, and most especially the doorman ( so sorry, we can’t locate where we wrote his name) who was so kind to show us how to get into the parking garage and walked us over to the nearest elevators to our room. We checked in at past 12 midnight (April 28, 2019) after a long drive, and such kindness from the staff is so priceless. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
