Excellent hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff.

I had to consciously through a large room with sofa seating and reserved (and paid for it). The room I was allocated was small and there was a 1 person bench. I have no pleasure taken, and then we got a larger room with disabled bathroom allocated. I do not quite understand what you meant by sitting area with sofa, because in this room there was only one bank. I think that is misleading and rude. Although the room was fine, the feeling that I've paid for something that is not there, does not look good on me.

Where the hotel was situated i always stay in one of the hotels on the gran via as my husband was spanish and i lived in madrid for many years on and off until his death at only forty two years of age. as my husband was born in hermosilla we always spent time in this part of Madrid.The room was very comfortable and very clean,
