The staff was very helpful,we had to leave the room by 1200 as per norm but our suitcases were kept until 1700 hrs which made our lives a lot easier as we had to catch the train later that evening.
The Shower plate was not level and the water kept running out onto the bathroom floor.

Generally a good hotel. The excellent feature was the roof garden and the swimming pool which made this city centre hotel an ideal one for a city break. The location was excellent too.
