Inside of the hotel (corridors etc) smells bad Not so cleanExtras are so expensive Even wifi and car parking is extra. They wanted to change (rise) the rates (price) given by booking com. Luckly they did not. Training level of the personnel is good but should be better.
The a/m factors I listed should be revised.

This type of hotel is always at the height of their aspirations. Accueil excellent, staff availability. We were surprised by some can lack of sharpness in the room (to put on the account of the staff probably lack the festive season) and lack of heating in arriving.

The welcome on arrival. The DPJ on the 8th floor overlooking the Rhone. Large spaces in the hotel. The very good value for money stay
