YES, very rude manager..not interested of my complain the room, are very small, the shower not working properly and hot water, no window you can't sleep because is too light.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Well, to be honest, the place is a complete mess, it needs complete refurbishment, obviously the owners have put any money into the place. To find it at night is almost impossible, we have beeen looking for 45 minutes to find it, no sign post nothing.

The staf-member (Lauren) was extraordinarily helpful. A warm welcome was received and our needs met with a bright, cheerful and charming response.

Unfortunately, the TV remote did not work, the TV itself was too high to get at safely. The kettle did not work which was terribly annoying as we all badly needed a cuppa to get us started very early the next morning. The shower room was quite cramped. To be fair- it was a very reasonably priced hotel, so you couldn't expect top-notch service. The MOST disappointing part was not getting a reply or acknowledgement to my email regarding Lauren's excellent service and the few complaints about the room. That was poor judgement on the part of management as it indicated indifference. Indifference is the fiirst step on the road to failure.

But is this a hotel? I have no words to describe that? In my life I've been in a similar accommodation. Please Take off your website has no right to sell, not for money but for dignity. Luton secluded place, put 10 min walk, but were 15 minutes by taxi, of course paying extra money for return taxi. According booking slip, room 1 - got room 2, shower blocked, small very high window. Staff changed room on day 2. Both rooms had tiny sink - could not get kettle under tap. Breakfast was packets of cereal and everlasting milk + rolls in room. Better would be to use the restaurant space downstairs.

Let everything desirable. clean as any criticism. was not hot. shower was broken. a bathroom scale, 5 m / o, 5 m. smell horrible.

The staff were helpful and the meals were good.

The bathroom was very small.
