Holiday Inn Express London Luton Airport, an IHG Hotel

The check in was seamless the room perfectly comfortable and was all that was needed for a stopover and early flight. Great!

The room was a little small but really all I needed was a bed so it was fine.

The top notch staff

You cannot get closer to the Airport, it literally is a 5 minute walk. The planes park behind a fence in the car park. I was unfortunate enough to have a puncture on the way to the short stay car park. I was told the recovery van and the tyre replacement can were unable to enter hotel car parks by my company car lease company as they get charged. I was also told I had to ring for a new tyre the following morning as it was not possible to do that night, even though I had explained I would be out the country as I had a 5am start and I would need to be present to sign the paperwork. I rang the hotel at midnight and spoke to Paul who said no problem we can sort all of that. We will let the vans into the car park free of charge, order your tyre in the morning, sign the paperwork etc so your car is ready to be driven away when you return. True to his word this is exactly what happened and when we did return they also did not charge us to leave the car in the hotel for the 2 nights. I cannot thank and recommend enough this fantastic example of customer service at its height. Thank you Holiday Inn Express, thank you Paul

Excellent location, friendly staff and a really comfortable room.

Good all round value for money.

Everything was ok, but i had to vave breakfast at 6.30 am, and that time the meal selection was terrible.

The breakfast room was full of dirty tables, there didn't seem to be enough staff to clear up

A pleasant surprise. Very comfortable and relaxing. Surprisingly no airport noise at all.

Only one thing, the apple and blackberry pie wasn't nice, pastry almost inedible
