I only have one criticism the breakfast was not perfect. I think you should have croissants and Danish pastries in the morning at all times and not just from 06.30 then the hotel would be a great 9/10 as it is 81/2/10

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They changed my room to a smoking room without any fuss. They made crockery and glassware available for takeaways and assisted in ordering it. There was no pressure to eat in the restaurant. The room was fully equipped with a hairdryer and tea making facilities. There was a sofa in the standard room.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It's a 5-minute walk to the airport.
The duvet was too heavy so I got quite hot during the night

Very nice room. Helpful staff. Excellent Haddock Fishcakes on menu. So convenient for a short walk to the airport.

Personel extremely helpful and friendly. was able to book in earlier than stated, which was really helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Easy bus service into town centre, just outside hotel. 10 minute walk maximum to airport, but bus available, again outside hotel.
Nice piece of bacon for breakfast would have been welcome, but was good anyway.

Everything was absolutely perfect. So clean, the choice of pillows, lovely tea and coffee. Little things like the shower gel dispenser, the separate toilet, the lovely flat screen television, the paper and pen next to the bed. It was just wonderful. Much, much quieter than I thought it would be on the fringe of Luton Airport but it was very very relaxing. I will always choose Holiday Inn from now on. I was also given a room on the ground floor which was really considerate as I had a very early flight to catch. The staff were great.
Nothing whatsoever.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
