Although didn't arrive at the hotel until early hours of the morning after going to a wedding, I found check in staff to be helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and everything you needed was there a safe, fridge, hairdryer, tea and coffee. A lovely atmosphere, I would return happily to this hotel.

Room was nice, new and clean. Guest microwave and laundry rooms are brilliant ideas :)
The children shared a sofa bed. We knew this when we booked but two single beds (a la Premier Inn) would have been better.
The restaurant was a disaster! Dinner - in am almost empty restaurant - took absolutely forever to arrive! Breakfast was carnage. Seriously, carnage. We were lucky and found ourselves a deli type high table in the bar. No mugs, no glasses. The poor waitress found us some paper cups in the end. The unlucky people were eating their breakfast in the lobby. Seriously, guys, it's not rocket science. Train your staff in silver service, plan to be busy.

Very happy with everything. The bed was comfy - especially with the "bed knob" which changes how firm it is! Love it!
My only very very very minor complaint was that the remote for my TV needed new batteries.
