What a great location! The staff was so nice to upgrade us to a "3" room, so our daughter could join us.
And the "included breakfast" was BY FAR the best in quality and value that we had during our 10 day journey through Switzerland and Italy. . . .We will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and families! B. Gehring

Super great location, at sea and on the Via Nassa, shopping! Beautiful old hotel with style. Tolles breakfast (except coffee)!
Too bad that the coffee is almost inedible (cappuccino = tasteless "puddle", Expresso = bitter)! It fits so not to the otherwise excellent breakfast!

On arrival i found myself in a lovely big room with all the comforts i needed
Breakfast choices could be better, more fresh fruit, bacon and sausges or scrambled eggs would have been good.
