The Concierge was amazing: very helpful and courteous. Staff in general was pleasant and available. They made a point of remembering you, often times by your name.
- Some of the furnishings in my room (455) were worn out (you could see through them) (in particular the arm chairs) - Pay for Wireless Internet in a 5* hotel in the 21st century? You must be kidding! Why don't they charge for water and electricity as well? Totally unacceptable! I understand they have a sweat deal with Swisscom, but they need to choose: either they continue cozying up to their Swisscom buddy or they provide decent quality service to their customers who, last time I checked, pay their salaries. - $380 per person (excl. wine) for a dinner is ridiculous.

The hotel was a hit. The restaurant was not.
The view from the balconies was superb. The rooms were attractive and comfortable. The desk staff was pleasant and competent.
The restaurant was the big downside - the attitude was pretentious and the food was not really all that good - certainly not good enough to justify the expense.

Yest, notwithstanding the double glass windows the noice of the street comes in and it was not so pleasant early in the morning.
