Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte, ho trovato personale molto disponibile,mi hanno dato una camera servita da un'ottima connessione wi-fi, molto pulita con arredi moderni,nuovi, bagno pulitissimo.
L'albergo si trova nel cuore di lugano, all'uscita c'e' la funiculare che porta alla stazione in pochissimi minuti.
Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' il migliore di Lugano, ideale per famiglie e single in visita per questa fantastica citta'.
Lo consiglio al 100%.

Cleaning.
The noise from the nearby cable car. Very hot. No air conditioning. Much cigarette smell in the room (no smoking). Old facilities.

I liked the central location, although it was next to the funicular track, which made some areas of the hotel noisy. My room was not affected by the noise. I was comfortable, the hotel was very clean, not fancy, but definitely adequate for my needs.
The only downside was the hotel's close proximity to the funicular. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The location of the hotel was very good because the center of Lugano and close parking. Breakfast at will, very nice.
Damage to the funicular that goes non-stop day and vibrations it generates.

The location is excellent, just steps away from the lake and historic city center. You just take the finiculare from the train station and it drops you off right at the hotel. People complained that it was too loud, but I got a room on the side away from the tram and was not bothered by the noise at all. It is not luxurious, but quite comfortable and a great value.
They say you can get wifi in your room, but no one was able to. I couldn't even get it downstairs in the lobby, but the let me connect to their modem with my ethernet cable, so it worked out.
