Main reason for choosing Renaissance Lucerne Hotel: Location
Clean, comfortable room in a convenient location.
The staff was unorganized when dealing with a large group at breakfast. Staff informed us at check in to eat at first floor dining room, we got half way through a meal, and the staff tried to force us to take our plates and go to the ground floor restaurant to make room for a group. Instead, we left and bought breakfast at a restaurant.
