Main reason for choosing ibis Styles Luzern: Location
The price,location and adequate room facilities
Front office staff who assume that because the hotel is a budget offering they can treat guests with
a lack of respect and enthusiasm.This I experienced personally and witnessed first hand with another guest
as well.These people need to be taught they they are there because of us their guests not despite us.
Perhaps ACCOR should shoulder some of the blame for inadequate CRM training.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
