Outstanding hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the hotel room itself was huge and very modern. The bathroom was the biggest one I have ever seen in Europe. We were able to easily rent bikes for the day and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location, near the city center. The staff was friendly, by Italian standards, the breakfast was rich. Very positive was the parking because the parking in Lucca is a little difficult. Nice roof terrace.

The overall package was very pleasant. Although I love modern hotels through the hotel I was very charming. The staff at check-in and bar was very friendly. That each wore a stylish classic uniform, made me nostalgic to be. The fresh bouquets of white lilies are details that made my stay more enjoyable. The room was very quiet. The water in the shower was difficult road. Yes it is 15 min walk to downtown. The bikes available to guests stood and what I hired every day, made a lot. On my next visit to Lucca, I want to score again.
