Yes, missing five days to use my reservation, I had problems and had to postpone my trip by one week, after numerous emails not answered, when I checked in Panama, I was at the reception of the hotel and I personally asked the attendant to change the date the existing reservations and charged my card for 6 days ahead and that would still be beyond the day I asked to delay another day and still not atenderam.Resultado me, I lost one already paid daily and win and I met another hotel . The rooms in the new wing are called great, breakfast is served well on the quality of ingredients. Its location makes an excellent visual experience for the landscape of the Sierra Lousã

Lots of noise by a large group of young people that hotel staff could not control. not a very good thing for a hotel that calls itself a boutique hotel

This is an historic mansion turned into a lovely boutique hotel, it ouzes with character. We had a room in the old part of the house, lovely view and fully modernised. Could be noisy if the hotel was full. The old dining room is wood panelled and gives the feel of the grandness of the house.
The charge for use of the internet was unwelcome at this price level.
