Very conveniently located. Helpful staff.
The room given 202 was very close (adjacent) to 201. There was no sound proofing between the two. Infact, when 201 used the toilet flush, I almost thought that my toilet flush was going on. Also, when the shower was used in 201, it could be clearly heard in 202. Some insulation should be done between the two rooms / bathrooms.

There is only one elevator serving all floors calling at hand. He should still be used by staff to transport food carts as well as the linen carts. I have therefore, accompanied by two elderly people who are not very mobile, have to wait several minutes from one floor to another can. There is a morning problem to staffing concerns in the dining room, namely a person for the entire room for the clearing and preparation of the tables, the tables with several unfinished due to long waiting times before and you have a designated table.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Ideal location.
For the facilities offered, the hotel is definitely overpriced. Used several hotels across Europe with far better and modern facilities. Believe it or not, there was no heating in the room although the outside temperature was 8 degrees celsius. Also, when the toilet was used above my room (no 111), the sound was so loud that one thought that someone was actually using the toilet inside my room. The rooms should surely be upgraded with better facilities.

We arrived by car and at first cd not find entrance. Staff is used to doing bare minimum and room was DEFINETLY nowhere near 4 stars. I am not sure what kind of travllers they are used to, but my mother and I were applalled at every stage of being there,the entrance from the car park is like a nuclear shelter and the elevator consistantly slow. it is close to thegrotto but that's its ONLY saving grace.
