Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Loosdrecht - Amsterdam

Mangelnde Kulanz gegenüber meiner versehentlichen Fehlbuchung, die mir nicht anzulasten war. Ich hätte erwartet, daß man mir als langjährigem Stammgast zumindest bezüglich der zukünftigen Reservierung von vier Zimmern entgegengekommen wäre, aber man war in der Kommunikation knallhart. Mein Resume: Ich werde nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen und werde nicht mehr Eurobookings benutzen.

Soundproofing around windows in high winds! UNACCEPTABLE: demand a surcharge of 3.20 euros for a hot chocolate (not included in the breakfast buffet) ... Room Rate (87.50 euros) not respected, the hotel charged us an extra 15 euros for "leisure individual" (= luxury room overlooking the "Loosdrechtse Plassen"). After complaints, we should be reimbursed soon ...
