Friendly and helpful staff - always willing to help. Comfortable beds and rooms.
We had a meal in the restaurant, which was well presented, tasty and great value for money! Our breakfast was good too with a good selection of choices.
The only thing that I didn't like was the meringues used in my desert in the restaurant - it was hard, dry and white, not very nice. This could be easily remedied by having home made ones - only a minor problem though!

Loved the athmosphere, the staff were genuine and friendly. Food was great and so was the entertainment.
Lovely warm relaxed feeling in the City Hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
Will be back!

Front of House staff very helpful and courteous. Room was beautiful and clean, beds very comfortable and a wonderful view over the River Foyle. tea/coffee in room was welcome. Breakfast was exceptional. I will definitely stay there azgain.

All staff were friendly and helpful.the hotel is right in the city so we just parked the car and didn't need to use it during our stay.our room was very spacious, clean and the hotel had great facilities.I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

The friendly helpful staff starting as soon as we walked through the door to check in was wonderful I started enjoying the experience straight away.
