Thistle London Trafalgar Square

The Thistle has gone down hill from the last time we were there. The breakfast was mediocre. Whereas it was clean and adequate it had lost a bit of its former luxury. I thought it expensive for January when it used to be cheaper in that month.The booking I made with you- said breakfast- this was not on their computer

Fantastic location - both theatres we had booked were literally a couple of minutes walk away - we didn't need to use the underground once during the entire weekend and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Ideal location for visiting theatres and museums. On arrival we were upgraded because we booked in for the evening meal. Food was very good especially the breakfast. The snack we ordered from room service menu come within 20 minutes and was delicious. The room had a huge bed and television. High standard of furnishngs. Towelling gowns and slippers were provided. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Very enjoyable stay and would stay at hotel again when staying in London. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend the hotel to friends.

The hotel has a great location! It takes you only a few minutes to get to the best places! We never needed a cab or the underground; the sight-seeing buses stop just 30 metres from the hotel!The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and nice! If I ever come again to London I will again stay at this hotel!
