The location; it was near to where I was working.
Steps in the foyer; I had a case and a laptop bag which I had to carry up the stairs before I could check in.

Liked the goodies in the room. Great location. Good breakfast, nice bars facilities available are all there coffee shop and Joe Allen’s restaurant.
I felt the lifts, elevators were inadequate for the number of guests and very small supposed to carry 12 persons not very likely to be able to fit more than seven at a pinch.

The location
Worst experience of my life (50 years). The hotel rooms are extremely hot with no air conditioning and no way to open the window. Their solution was to provide a fan. I took a shower in the morning and was sweating before I could exit the room. There was no way to use the room during the day. I booked 4 rooms and everyone in the group had the same experiene.
