Great location. Clean. Efficient & friendly staff. If you want to walk into a warehouse of a room with bits of furniture dotted in the corners, don't stay here. What you get is a lovely place to place your head after rushing around the Capital. As a lone traveler, I felt very safe. Thank you to Zara & her fantastic team.

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est situé dans un beau quartier. magasins, restaurants, pubs et métro à proximité. Belle chambre.
La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure et était juste au niveau des conduits d'évacuation de la ventilation ou climatisation qui se déclenchait à intervalles réguliers et quelque peu bruyant. Donc pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, préférer une chambre donnant sur la rue (elle ne me semble pas bruyante).

Good location, quiet yet central. close to tube stations. clean.
Room was tiny!!! no space for 2 average sized people to move at the same time (took turns). water flow in the shower was very very weak (3ed floor). card door-keys kept failing and needed to be "recharged" every time.TV did not work. staff a bit uptight about us paying cash (consoidering that they had my credit card info, there was no reason to worry) though otherwise quite helpful. AC took time to function so for the first 3 hours the room was freezing.

De luxe room was good size and equipped ok, even if the fridge is cooled and the curtains had to be closed at all times.
Room on the ground floor, poor soundproofing. The same breakfast every morning. Could be a little variation.
