Great location and well run hotel.my wife claims it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever! Also very close to a great pub !

The location was fantastic. I found the staff to be polite, but not overly friendly or helpful.

I was surprised to find my room in the basement of the hotel. I knew it would be a smaller room, but was not prepared for the size or the basement stay.

We were upgraded to a very nice room. Extremely quiet and good position. Would go back to stay again.

Located in a quiet neighborhood here is clean and neat. Lovely to enter into the reception where there was a huge bouquet of fragrant lilies. It was lovely with coffee / tea in room.

There is not much room on either the room or bathroom. The cleaning took first place in the middle of the afternoon, which is too late if you want the time to go home to relax.

まず、ホテル自体は清潔で新しい感じのものでした。スタッフの方もあまり愛想は良くありませんが、要望を出せば受け入れてくれました。ただ、ネットで見たホテルの部屋の印象よりも部屋がずっと薄暗く狭かったこと、それと駅からの距離も、思っていたより遠かったことに少しがっかりしました。また、部屋のアメニティが、減っていても足されておらず（コーヒーや新しいガラスのコップ等）、部屋に「足しておいてください」とメモを残さなければならなかったりもしました。もっともその後はたくさん足してくれてあったので、問題はありませんでしたが。これが４つ星でなかったら、それなりに満足したかもしれませんが、期待して出かけた分、私にとってはあまり良い印象が残りませんでいた。

The location is perfect. At 200 meters from Paddington station and 200 meters from Hyde Park. The rooms are adequate price and London. The bedrooms, bathroom, everything is overhauled, and everything looks new. There are no bad odors old rags or old pipes or lint in the radiator. Daily maid service is efficient. Very good mattresses. The kettle can have coffee or tea after hours. The small bar allows freedom to store a snack. The staff is very helpful.

Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel room, lovely bathroom, nice modern decor.

The staff were unhelpful they insisted they hadn't received confirmation from my company to pay for the room, the TV didn't work and I asked twice to have it looked at and no one looked at it. Overall their attitude gave the impression that none of them wanted to be working there or want to try and help the customers. Ordered room service and it was the most disgusting and expensive meal I have ever had...obviously cooked by the person manning the bar and not a chef! Luckily this room was booked at a cheaper price than usual if I had paid the top price for this room I would have asked for a discount for the facilities not working and would not have paid for the meal.

Very nice decor, good location, friendly staff. Tea services and fresh flowers did not go unnoticed.

I made a request for broken shower head which was never tended to. Internet did not work in room with the exception of maybe 2 hours over 8 days. These two things alone are not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. If management does look at these comments, immediate attention to these types of things is what makes an establishment great, as I am sure you are aware.
