Nothing to say about the hotel: spacious and very comfortable. excellent value for money, at least for London. Only small problem, its location. It is supposed to be located in South Kensinton. In fact it is 100m. Earls Court, a small London suburb. And we're pretty far from the wonderful quartien Kensinton.

The only thing we liked about the Parkcity is looking forward to the day we left.
We booked the Parkcity as a beautiful getaway for our Engagement. To our misfortune the room we were allocated made our stay very unpleasant. It was terribly noisy all hours of the night so we were completely sleep deprived. The airconditioning system wasn't working so we overheated to the point we felt dizzy and faint. Lastly our remote control on our tv wasn't working and no one came to replace it. We complained 3 times to be moved to a new room so we could atleast get same sound sleep but our requests fell on deaf ears. The worst part was that they expected me to pay full price for my uncomfortable, restless and sleeples nights at their hotel. If I wanted such an experience there is a thousand cheap and nasty hotels I could have chosen in London to stay at and pay 1/4 of the price. Sadly to my dismay no conpensation was offered until I was forced to confront them. They deducted a small amount from our room rate which was in itself a joke and we left not only ripped off at the hip pocket but ripped off on what was supposed to have been the happiest week of our life.

Friendly, elegant, the hotel has got atmosphere. The room is very comfortable, great TV, great stereo, absolutely quiet, excellent bed, Not to mention the shower: fantastic. The hotel is gay friendly online top of everything.We Felt at home.

The hotel was recently renovated with taste so superior compared to other hotels in London with the same price range. The environment is extremely comfortable and a lot of details seems to be putting in a private house at your disposal. Certainly recommended for any stay in London.

We wanted a quiet, modern, reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of Earls Court and The Parkcity almost provided the perfect answer. Our only gipe was that there were no tea/coffe making facilities in the room otherwise it was perfect and if i ever need to be in that area again i would not hesitate to go back - although i would take a travel kettle next time!

Well located, the Parkcity hotel is in a strategic quarter for business and surrounded with great restaurants( I am french, should I specify?)from all over the world and with good stores often opened late. Overall, this is not a big anonymous hotel. You just feel being home in the PC hotel.As a very frequent traveller , it means a lot "to feel being home" . The people are amazingly and constantly nice and charming as well as efficient. Room service is perfect in terms of food quality and time to deliver. Spacious rooms very well respond to my zen need at the end of a long and overbusy day.Wifi connections are easy .Beds are a dream.Design is with clear colours, very relaxing ambiance. Check in and check out procedures are clear and quick.

...I have tried other hotels in London , some that are internationally well known but this one is THE one that I recommend to my closest friends, either from USA or from continental Europe.As a matter of fact this is a good friend of mine, CEO of his own company, living in Manhattan who recommended the Park City hotel to me.
Hard to say...maybe having the availibility to play the piano sometime would be great. I love JS Bach and I compose music by myself

Everething was perfect and we got an excellent support from all the staff from any position: reception, restaurant, bar, breakfeast. All the staff was very dedicated to make our stay very enjoyable. We got always courtesy and kindly assistance

The dedidacation of the staff and the perfect service
The only point which is not matching with the international standard for this hotel was the quality of the corridor leading to the rooom, the carpet and the furnitures on the wall , we were staying at the Third floor ( room 302)

This hotel was very clean and comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful and took time to provide a map and directions when we needed them. The location was very convenient for the tube.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The Molton Browne products in the bathroom were lovely.
Food. the price of breakfast was very high. We had dinner there on one occasion and did not feel we got value for money.

Very clean, stylish, friendly hotel. Bit of a walk from nearest station but on a quiet street. Good stay, would do so again if the price was right.

Bar, with pianist some nights, was welcoming at the end of a long day.
Hallways were over heated. There were no coffee/tea making facilites in the room, only a 24 hour room service, which if you are restless in the night and just fancy some tea is a bit too much bother.
