The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair London

Room very noisy because of poor sound insulation of a window, the smell of sewage strong in the beautiful bathroom, hairdryer down and lobby of the hotel ice ... Otherwise, very nice decor, good restaurant and top location. During our first visit to this hotel last year, we had to change rooms because of the flooding of our bathroom in the bathroom of the upstairs. This trip was a second chance ... he missed!

Dishonest. This is not a Five Star hotel.

We have stayed at the Mayfair on numerous occasions but unfortunately this was not our best experience. My Partner was treated very badly by one of the receptionists who made very little effort to try and find our booking. She implied that we had come to the wrong hotel! We were put in a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking room (as I am asthmatic). We were moved to a far nicer room when we complained. The other staff including the Concierge were very pleasant and extremely helpful. This was out 5th stay at The Mayfair and every time we visit London we stay here. In general our stays have been very enjoyable and we recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.
