Really enjoyed my stay. Was a great way to end 2008!

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the location was great for shops and restaurants.
No tea or coffee making facilities were provided in the room.

In general, I am very happy with my staying at Mandeville Hotel and I will suggest it to my friends to visit it.

Most of all, I liked the service on behalf of the staff. Your staff can be characterised by willingness and patience. The staff helped me to organise in some way my holidays in London, since I was provided by it information, regarding the places I could visit and the means as well as the way to reach that places. Further on, I was very satisfied by the cleanliness and the facilities of the room and the hotel as a whole, considering the facility to have internet.

Upon your arrival (check-in) wanted us to talk into taking a larger and more expensive rooms.

I thought the room was larger according to internet. it was too small for the price. Unfortunately there was only a German tv-sender (ZDF).

Dear Sir: I am completlly saticified and hard to find out weak point for your hotel. I will be in the next time too. Value for money is not your fault, for Japanese yen weak.
