The location
The room was much too warm, despite the fact that we had turned off all the heating. We had to open window all night but it was still too warm. I thought that for this hotel, there could be more time spent by maintenance on fixing say broken tiles in bathroom, toilet roll holder falling off wall, little things like this can bring down an excellent review to just a good/fair review. too much info about it being a maternity hospital in past, took me a while to get my head around the fact that a woman probably had a difficult birth in our bedroom!

I found the staff more than helpful! They printed off a map for me to help me find a restaurant I was looking for in Covent Garden. Every detail was taken into consideration and they honored all of my requests!The location was exactly what I was looking for!

EXELLENT HOTEL, STAFF VERY KIND SPECIALLY CARLOS VERY NICE DECORATION
DECORATION , COMFORT
THE RECEPTION GIRLS ARE VERY KIND BUT THEY DONT DO VERY WELL AS CONSIERGE, I MEAN GIVE DIRECTIONS OR INFORMATION ABOUT TRAIN TERMINALS, ETC.
CARLOS WAS QUITE MORE EFICIENT IN THIS SUBJECT

Nicely decorated and pretty rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the bathrooms were not that clean, in particular the windows, that one was hesitant to open them for ventilation.
Excellent location close to tube station
If they cared to clean the bathrooms and windows carefully, I would not hesitant to recommend this hotel.
