The location relative to the West End and St Pancras, Euston and King's Cross, all easy walking distance. Same for the metro if you need to go further. The District is well served by shops and the street is pretty. The studios are well equipped for cooking but the bathrooms are minimal and limited living space.
The soundproofing is not so if you have noisy neighbors, but we had changed rooms when we complained.

It was the most comfortable nights sleep I have ever had in London! So much better than a hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional, the room was cool (it was a very hot day) and quiet. Very clean and everything available in the room that you would need.
