Ambiance,decor and whole experience.
The desk taking £100 'in case of breakages', and not returning it. It is now five days later and not returned. we live in the age of instant banking; charges went out of my account immediately in fact when I booked for my room last year it was taken there and then. My bar bill came out on Sunday when I checked out, yet here we are on Thursday and it is still not returned

Every thing wS excellent.This is the 3 rd time I have stayed here and like it very much.Good atmosphere
I found our bedroom was dark as you had to keep the blind down as any one could see in .However was only there for 3 nights and it was ok

Love the hotel have stayed there over last 23 years ( honeymoon there) and although change of owners twice over that time quality never changes

The staff were fantastic - excellent customer service. First class, fabulous food surroundings and comfort. Lovely suite, comfortable beds - great location. Totally pampered.
Possibly a little dark in the room itself and the view was not great!

It was very homely. Loved the location. Staff were very helpful. We had lunch in your restaurant and the chef was very helpful in making a special lunch for my 7 year old son. And the food was excellent. I would highly reccommend the hotel.
I did not like the smell of the hotel lobby when you entered it. It smelled like insense burning. However the rooms did smell great.
No kids room service menu. No packing space for clothes. We were 2 adults and 1 child for 4 nights and when I unpacked there were not sufficient drawers to pack our clothes in. Also more and more people are tested for food intolerances and it is important to offer alternatives like soya milk for dairy intolrances. this would be expected from a hotel in your category. Also to offer a good quality soya. It makes all the difference.
