The staff are very helpful and professional. The food in both Island and Nipa is first class.
The major complaint I have is not having free wifi in rooms. charging Stg17.- per day is daylight robbery. If a businessman stays there he expects free wifi today and this is the case in most hotels. The bathroom in room 1709 is a bit on the small side.

The staff were very friendly nd helpful, the location is very good as well as it is near Lancaster gate station.
When i booked the room it was for two persons, the room that was given to me is very small, i barley could move in the room with my bags inside.

The subway and bus just beside the hotel. The Thai restaurant of the hotel is excellent.Le room service very good and very nice staff.
Rooms too small for the price and the bathroom to redo the levels peintures.La bathroom of our children was a problem of flow of water in the bathtub. We have not got little Breakfast at the hotel because the price too expensive for 4 people 84 pounds while we also had lunch for 6 pounds per person.

I booked the DBL room ( 1 DBL bed), but they provided the TWIN room ( 2 Single bed.) The person in reception did not understand the differece, or the this hotel ignore the request from your site, still I can not understand...The only thing that I have to complain for this hotel, is this point.

TV sets with satellite.
Trouser presser should be there. No one use iron because no time to do.
