Sevice in the restaurant was absolutely rock bottom. When one looks at what one pays, one must expect that the service is then. The treatment we got in the morning was terrible. We had little time due to early flight. As we have done before at the request of the staff we met up 7 minutes before serving breakfast opened. The buffet was ready, but we were greeted by a sour woman who insisted that we had to wait until at 5 Thus, no breakfast for us. When we mentioned this at reception on check-out we had only one hips on the shoulder and told that dettte was not his table. We live in a hotel around the world several times a month, but like the treatment you have to look long for.

Excellent hotel, will stay there if the price is right.

The wonderful location by Hyde Park.

The hotel was under renovation.There was not any area that you could sit.The reception was in the lower ground floor. The room on the second floor had not been renovated. The old T.V. was out of order. The room was cold and although we asked to repair the hitting, nothing was done. On New Years first day, we didn't have not even a single card for greetings or somethning complimentary, according the price we paid for the room. Under these conditions, for a five stars hotel, I would not recomend it.

Everything, the food on the 10th floor was excellent asual.

Got a congestion charge of £50.00 which ive never receieved before, could of been told when booking that a london congestion charge is now due in that location.

My privacy was very well respected. The room is always ready.
