From the moment of arrival the staff were very helpful especially the dining room staff who couldn't have been more helpful.

Great location for our needs. Spacious room for 3 people, good breakfast. Refurbished lounge is a great improvement

Location was good in Kensington. Staff was helpful.

Unfortunately the twin/double configuration was not comfortable, certainly not for American style expectations. Our Bath on board Princess Cruise Lines was comparable to the bathroom at this hotel. Restaurant in King Edward Suite in basement was difficult to access by stairs only for older patrons.

Too many doors to go through to get to room, trying to get luggage through and open the next door in the corridor was difficult. Small lift and quite often full and had to wait,,

Yes. During cheking in , I was offered the chance to upgrade the room , which I accepted ,specially after I was told it will be one of the best rooms!!.After entering the room by few minutes ,I was asked ;how is the room ,I said ok'(I was tired,wanted to take a shower & to rest).After setteling down , I felt the room cold,put the air condition on,noisy but ok'. Waited for sometime, room never got warm , actually it got colder!!!.Because of the noise & the cold,I switched the air condition off. the NOISE DID NOT STOP ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT !!.It was really a bad experience. The following morning I complained to a very pleasant lady at reception, she was understanding, cooperative and appologetic. She did change the room to a really comfertable and good room.

Le maintanance n'est pas aussi bon que l'hôtel **** devrait avoir.

Les chambres sont très petites - moins de 10 m² pour une chambre double - donc vous ne pouvez pas «ramper» autour du lit. Sauf pour la taille des chambres et des installations récréatives limitées (pas de sauna) bon hôtel.
