Everything . We only stayed one night and it was our first time staying in a London Hotel . My Husband is ill and I wanted it to be special for him . Joao Cruz Correia , Guest Relation Executive , kindly upgraded our Room .We had a drink in the Bar before bed . That was really comfy and it as there we had a delicious Breakfast

Really enjoyed the convenience and location of my room. So easy to get to the theaters and museums. Loved the continental breakfast, since it gave me that energy boost for my mornings of sightseeing. All in all, my trip was great because of where I was staying. I plan on returning next year. Thanks!

Location perfect.
Everything about the hotel was excellent - staff; food; cleanliness
There was only one complaint - the bed was extremely hard although I would say it was new and as I have a serious back complaint I definitely could not have slept more than 2 nights on it - infact we had a really comfy sofa in the room and i spent one night on that! I think nowadays all hotel beds should have memory foam mattresses

Food and restaurant service was very good.

La posizione vicino a Covent Garden e dal British Museum. Il personale cordiale.
Il riscaldamento non funzionava correttamente e il fatto che, come un viaggiatore singolo che aveva diritto a una stanza molto piccola e mal disposti si affaccia su un cortile brutto e scuro.
