Nothing to dislike

Everything . We only stayed one night and it was our first time staying in a London Hotel . My Husband is ill and I wanted it to be special for him . Joao Cruz Correia , Guest Relation Executive , kindly upgraded our Room .We had a drink in the Bar before bed . That was really comfy and it as there we had a delicious Breakfast

Really enjoyed the convenience and location of my room. So easy to get to the theaters and museums. Loved the continental breakfast, since it gave me that energy boost for my mornings of sightseeing. All in all, my trip was great because of where I was staying. I plan on returning next year. Thanks!

Location perfect. Everything about the hotel was excellent - staff; food; cleanliness

There was only one complaint - the bed was extremely hard although I would say it was new and as I have a serious back complaint I definitely could not have slept more than 2 nights on it - infact we had a really comfy sofa in the room and i spent one night on that! I think nowadays all hotel beds should have memory foam mattresses

Food and restaurant service was very good.

I would have liked a fried egg for breakfast.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Sevice in the restaurant was absolutely rock bottom. When one looks at what one pays, one must expect that the service is then. The treatment we got in the morning was terrible. We had little time due to early flight. As we have done before at the request of the staff we met up 7 minutes before serving breakfast opened. The buffet was ready, but we were greeted by a sour woman who insisted that we had to wait until at 5 Thus, no breakfast for us. When we mentioned this at reception on check-out we had only one hips on the shoulder and told that dettte was not his table. We live in a hotel around the world several times a month, but like the treatment you have to look long for.
