The hotel is very efficient the rooms very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location is good,being right on the south bank of the Thames.

The staff were great and the breakfast I couldn't fault.
Unfortunately we were based next to the air con unit and it made a horrific noise all night. There was also building work above us that started at 7pm. Not a good nights sleep was had on either night, i would recommend this hotel to friends as it was lovely. Just a few issues I'm hoping will be solved

Rooms View off the river , staff very pleasant ,
Although the room was clean , on entering it did smell a little stale ,think maybe if the windows had been left open a little that may help to freshen up,

The pillows!! Also the staff(especially the concierge guys) could not be more helpful. Next time I shall eat in the restaurant the menu looks great.
I found the young lady at the reception difficult to understand.

The prices in the bar were quite high and it was a pity that there was building work going on both sides of the hotel.

All staff was very helpful but a special thanks to Treavor and the tall slim conserier who got us tickets to the Lion King.He obtained wonderful seats!!
A good quality more affordable restaurant. The Japanese restaurant was expensive but the food was wonderful and our waiter very helpful in making our dining choices.
We had issues with the toilet. It wouldn't flush because the tank wouldn't fill properly. That issue was resolved.
