Very well run hotel. Rooms are spacious, service and amenities of very high quality.
It feels very much like a business hotel, so the environment isn't as comfortable and welcoming for leisure travelers. Somewhat crowded elevators. The immediately surrounding neighborhood is unexceptional.

I had booked a Superior double room but on arrival was offered a free upgrade to a Junior Suite! The room was lovely; comfortable and stylish, with a great view of the London Eye. The location was great for exploring the city!
My only disappointment was the absence of a bath; whilst the wet room was very modern and beautifully decorated I do like to relax in a bubble bath!!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's within walking distance to the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and several other sites. The tube is also near by.
Parking is not optimal. There is a small parking garage near the hotel that is run by a third party. Price was 20 pounds per day.

Location was perfect. Loved the view of the London Eye. Breakfast was great.
The concierge service was terrible. They could not recommend any good restaurants; instead, they resorted to google to find restaurants.

The location was fantastic.I felt employees was very friendly, specially a night resepsionist, Mark was very nice. He was a gold for the hotel. 24hours room service was wonderful.
