The air conditioning was noisy and we had to turn if off to get to sleep - luckily the weather was not too hot. We mentioned this as we checked out.

The location was really perfect (close to Westminster). The area is not very beautifull, but with only 5 min walk you are at the London Eye.
The facilities are also really great (the fitness area was perfect) and the English breakfast just amazing.
The only thing I would mention is that some members of the staff spoke english very fast and with such an accent (spanish most of the time) that it was very complicated to understand for non native english speakers.

We had a comlimentry up grade which after a busy day gave us a nice lot of space and comfort to come back to, there was a chocolate fountain in reception which kept us busy whilst waiting for check in wish every hotel did this.
The Bathroom although stunning and modern did not offer much privacy as there was only a glass sliding door to shut you off from the rest of the suite, also the shower again wonderfully plush and modern but who ever designed it did not think about drainage it flooded the place.

The Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a big selection. It was convenient for the Station too. Checking in and out was quick.
The wait for breakfast due to the number of guests staying. Breakfast felt a bit rushed as you were aware of all the people waiting to get in. Only having two lifts working was also a problem as it took ages to get a lift each time. I did find that the Hotel was rather hot.

This was an excellent hotel, central location for all the sights (Big Ben, Parliament, The London Eye etc). Rooms were absolutely beautiful.
The room and decor in lounge and restaurant areas.
The prices in the bar (even by city centre standards) were very expensive. The service was a bit slow at breakfast.
