The very helpful staff.
There is no rail to hang on to when climbing the few steps to enter the hotel. I had the smallest single room I've ever seen. I sometimes bumped my head on the TV when trying to sit in the chair in front of the window.

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

The front desk staffs and waiter and waitress are very helpful and polite.
May be the location is a little out of the way from down town. Howver it is quite and looked safe.

I liked the location .cleanliness ,food.
I didnt get much sleep because the room above appeared to be either a staff room or the laundry as the floorboards creaked all night with people coming and going and also a noise from what sounded like a washing machine.Was shattered the next day. However apart from that the room itself was very nice and breakfast was good too.

As it was our second stay there we knew our way about and it was quite central.
We had to leave our windows shut because it got too noisy at night with all the traffic. Also I was disappointed that I was charged more for four nights than others who booked later than I did directly with the hotel.
