Situation géographique très proche de la station Hammersmith
Le matelas de la chambre 2143 (je ne vais pas généralisé) est en dessous de la limite de l'acceptable (beaucoup trop dur).
Le parking de l'hôtel est non seulement payant mais surtout exorbitant pour un parking non sécurisé (tout le monde peut y accéder de l'extérieur)

Very positive experience
We liked the staff, the breakfast, and the location. I would like to commend Emmanuel Mwambe who was on duty when we checked in. The room we were given had a musty smell to me, and he graciously moved us to another room, and was helpful on other occasions as well. A valuable employee.
Just a personal thing that in British and European hotels, quite often there will be no facecloths included with the other towels supplied
