Really helpful staff who wanted us to feel comfortable and arranged everything we asked for and then some. Surprisingly good gym and pool / sauna. Good breakfast included in price.

Zimmer war angenehm, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker, hier konnte jeder was finden. Bett war überraschend bequem. Wenn man dann wusste wie, kam man relativ schnell an die nächste U-Bahnstation. Preis war ok.
Da wir 3 Personen waren, war das Zimmer dann doch recht beengt. Das Sofa wurde zu einem Bett ausgezogen, dass man auch zu zweit hätte benutzen können. Dieses nahm dann doch sehr viel Platz in Anspruch (laut unserem Kind war es auch nicht sehr bequem). Vielleicht bei der Belegung mit 3 Personen einfach ein Zustellbett benutzen, dass spart Platz und ist vielleicht auch bequemer.

When you take shower the sound can be heard at the door. Location of the hotel is too inside.

Good looking hotel every comfort catered for. Staff were excellent.Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel would highly recommmend it.
The bed was noisey (and no not what your thinking)that is our only complaint.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the hotel including the superior fittings, food and service. The staff are very helpful and professional and I had a most comfortable stay thank you.

All aspects of the hotel were outstanding.
