Location
I didnt get my preferred room,club room with king size bed smoking allowed enen though i was told i will and paid in advance so i could not cancel.the,1112 was too hot so was the club room,(something wrong with the system).

Breakfast is expensive, it should be a hairdryer in the bathroom and not in the desk drawer that is not practical

My wife and i came back to the hotel on sat,25 may and found the resident,s bar closed before 12 p.m this being on a bank holiday weekend.

Location to knight,sbridge tube station
We were on the eight floor and woke early on 2 morning,s from an alarm obviously from a building across the road on sloane street,most annoying.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and booked it again because of it's location. Unfortunately the hotel now looks quite shabby and needs a re-fit so if you want somewhere that looks good, you might be better going somewhere else. The location remains good for both shopping and sight seeing though. If you want a good view, book a room on the upper floors and specify that you want a south facing room. Room 1119 has the best view, in my opinion.

Location, location, location!
It needs a re-vamp. The mattress in my room needed renewing and the wash basin was cracked!

Room was very very small for a double sharing.our room was # 309.

The service if the concierge
Size of room, service at the restaurant at lobby level( I waited for 30 min for the waiter to take my order at the end I gave up and went out to eat outside.
