Staff very courteous and helpful. Room nicely furnished, bed comfortable and TV and computer for use.
One small thing the basin in the bathroom the waste pop-up plug didnt work, so you had to leave tap on.

Location - very close to Gloucester Road tube station so easy access to every part of London. Good restaurants close by. Good value for money given quality of accomodation and location. I always stay there when in London.
Breakfast too expensive but there's an excellent inexpensive cafe round the corner.

I had a terrible room - 144 with a hard and uncomfortable pull down bed, and was kept awake all night by hotel staff beneath my window having their cigarette breaks very noisily, unti at least 1.30 am.

We appreciated the services provided by concierge David and his colleage. His support were very good during our stay and his colleague booked "Mamma Mea".

Surprised that parking fee was expensive. I thought that the parking for the guest would be free.
