Staff very nice
We asked for a king size bed in the reservationbut only got a quensize that was not very confotable.

Location. location, location
Where do I start..? Reception staff surly and unhelpful. Was allocated a room for a disabled person, when I am not disabled. TV did not work in room. Given price and hotel rating, no turn down unless requested. No tub in room (until I was changed). Breakfast buffer had disimproved but price had gone up. overall it was a disaterous experience and I will be taking it up with the General Manager.

All the staff we made contact with from housekeeping to the club room created us with smiles and an offer to help and assist. despite being a large busy time you offered a friendly personal sevice and is welcoming that staff are able to recall you when meeting again during your stay.
It was not until checking in that i was made fully aware of the club room faciliies which were an added bonus which which could have made better use of if we had known in advance and planned our days better to make better use of. we know for next time !!

Friendly staff and in a great location. It was disappointing to find our room dark, drab, and very worn out! The room was large but very tired.
The very polite and helpful doormen.
