K West Hotel & Spa

Prima hotel standard, modern and thanks to you at a tremendous rate achieved, much lower than the rate that the site carries. The breakfast was sumptuous and the waiter took many things for us for lunch, perfectly arranged!

Very disappointing for the price paid. Breakfast was really bad, came 45 minutes after ordering even if our room was only 3 doors away from the restaurant. Cleanliness was fairly good, but spoiled by the bathroom floor being dirty.

I have stayed as at the K-west 3 times wihtin the last year. I have especially enjoyed the first two stayes. The last stay was less comfortable due to very loud noises from guest every night (knock on the doors, telephone calls etc. during night time). I can imgagine that it is difficult to deal with problems like that for a hotel management due to the fact that you can´t always predict who of your guests will be noisy and act imprehensible etc. But as far as I am aware off you do have areas in the hotel where it should be less noisy - maybe you could have staff checking that area a couple of times during the night time.
