InterContinental London - The O2, an IHG Hotel

I am from Chicago and me and Walter came to see the Adele concert, and tour London too first time in London, I feel I was treated like royalty from your concierge Melanie and the lady Elizabeth, your men who greet the people at the door when they come in both of them were excellent and the guy who took our picture when we left, your service was superb they all deserve raises I think it was my birthday week and they were great, they looked up jazz Joes and chess clubs, stuff me and walter wanted to do gave us directions to the tube and your maid service was excellent as well and the food was good too and delivred on time, London was made more pleasant by your staff at evert turn. so thank you London, thnk you o2, if I get a chance to come back it will be staying with you and now we felt like a prince nd princess so now I have to go back to work, thank you o2 Lonodn, we will tell everyone Peace out/ Jackie and walter from Chciago, Illinois
