Location was great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant/pub was great -great food. Brekky was amazing.

Métro Picadilly line à proximité, et deux lignes de bus (74 et 430) s'arrêtant devant l’hôtel, et déservant le centre de Londres (V&A museum, Knightsbridge/Harrods, Hyde Park Corner, Marble Arch, Piccadily Circus,Leicester Square, Covent Garden) et direct avec St Pancras pour l'Eurostar.

On arrival early morning the reception lady was able to give us access straight away. this was very welcome indeed after being on a 21 hr flight.
Again the same lady when we departed was able to assist us with boarding passes
No fridges in the rooms
