Holiday Inn London - West, an IHG Hotel

Easy walking distance to metro station towards London centre.

No free internet access in the room. However, there was free internet possible in the lounge.

Hosekeeping was excellent Resturant quality was very good

A facility of this price and name brand needs to have a gym, It is also a drawback when free wifi is not ordered for guests....it is not nice when hotel guests walk 200m around the corner to use the free wifi facilities at the local pub and of course engage in their lunch and drink menu...this is all revenue which the facility could garnish...but i guess you may be indifferent to this

The structure equalizes both the quality and price I believe that traveling together.! Inceve let me say that the organization that London and fantastic as a performer I x (that is one of a kind) The fact that I and my family + my friends have moved there by public transport I have felt protected .. It is very important when one goes around the city that x Nos conos! Last point. London throughout the UK but I think we have rules .. because I am x the rules, I regret to say the word in Italy nn rule there, that's the only rammmarico to be Italian .. cmq thanks to the staff and the whole of London and of course you, Booking.

The only nn Note that there is a wardrobe, here I can tell you that! I would say just the comfort of the hotel.

Although not in the center of the city, it is close to the tube central line so after a few stops you are in the city center. The hotel is good value for money, inc breakfast on line and it is slightly reduced.The breakfast was excellent value and lots of choice, well presented. The staff are helpful and friendly. We have stayed a couple of times and would recommend.

Went to the Wok restaurant for dinner one night, food was really really bad.

Whole complex is excellent, both clean and the facilities.

The service in the evenings in the snack-bar leaves much to be desired. In particular we waited 45 minutes a night until the waitress to take us turn is worth ordering.
