Excellent hotel. Clean room with air conditioning, good breakfast, good beds and for us a perfect location for a concert at the O2 Arena and visiting London.
We have 3 different at the hotel reception staff (star) s seen of which 2 were not exactly friendly. The third employee was very friendly.
