Location for the 02
You did not have any gluten free food so we had to find somewhere else to eat which ment you lost out on our money perhaps that is something your company should look into .i am going to stay again in july with my friend but we will be eating at the 02 for such a large group of hotels i was disapointed

Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage on first day even though we were too early for checkin and, again, on our final day until time to go to airport. The breakfast was very good and we were very pleased with it.
We were not given internet code when checking in and missed WiFi on first day. We got it next day but it was so slow and no very good. Minor detail.

The left in lagguage guy was very good. Other staff on check seemed like there were having a bad day.

The bathroom and the room was pretty clean. The bed was comfy. And if you go to a show at the 02 arena, the location perfect. 5 minutes walk.
Staff was not very friendly. You may bring no shampoo on the plane so you expect it in the hotel. But no, no shampoo. That you bought at the hotel. Location is perfect for the 02 Arena, but if you want to visit London, the location is not good. Therefore I find the price a bit on the high side.
