Main reason for choosing Holiday Inn Express London - ExCeL, an IHG Hotel: Location
Our room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were all very friendly, especially Paula. The breakfast was really good and it was great that it was served untill 11.00 which meant you could have a good nights sleep and not worry about gettting up. The security was brilliant as you couldn't use the lift without you room card so this made us feel really safe, that noone could walk in off the street and get to the rooms.
